What the Startup level is
Declared context
The listing states openly that the product is young: stage, launch year, active properties. Buyers know what they are looking at.
Proportionate verification
We don't ask for 200 hotel references. We check the product is real, live in at least one property, and the team is reachable.
No maturity claims
Startup is not an award nor a downgrade: it is a stage label. It implies no guaranteed roadmap or enterprise support.

Admission criteria
Deliberately few and verifiable: they keep out products that don't exist yet, not small teams.

Leaving the Startup level
The level is not permanent. We re-assess when the product reaches a stable customer base, verified reviews from multiple properties and product/support continuity: at that point the solution moves to Verified and is treated as such across the ecosystem.
